Mahreen helped me sell my Mom's condo in Rolling Meadows after she passed away. Right from the get go, she was compassionate, professional and helpful with the whole process. The condo was in probate, so there were a lot of things that need to happen, and she was soooo helpful and understanding with getting everything done that needed to be. TL;DR: Having Mahreen on my side was the most amazing part of my home buying process! Read below for details. I started working with Mahreen in the middle of this whole Covid debacle. When we first started looking, inventory was low but not crazy low. We started off seeing about 5 or so houses per day. She was extremely easy to reach and always available. For each house, she would do her homework and have all the needed info ready. Very quickly after that, inventory went crazy low. We got to a point where there were no multiple hoses to see. Basically, we would see a house get listed and then to the bat-mobile headed towards the place. I can't tell you how many times Mahreen had us inside a house an hour or two after it just being listed. A few great qualities Mahreen has are: -=- Always on or ahead of time. -=- Always extremely informative. Great knowledge of areas, neighborhoods and school. -=- ALWAYS available. -=- Never tried to push us beyond budget. -=- Provided guidance when in the midst of frustration I was ready to overpay for mediocre properties. -=- Patient. VERY patient. it took us close to a year to find a house. I had put in an offer and after negotiation seller agreed but I rejected realizing there was too much work to be done at that property. There were zero signs of any displeasure from Mahreen. I'll tell you I myself would've been not so pleased after putting in the work for it to be just in vain. -=- Our seller's party was not very responsive and Mahreen was on top of things. -=- We found an issue which would've cost about $3k to repair. I wasn't sure if the seller would provide any credit since the sale was as is. Mahreen said she will try to ask for $5k and they may possibly provide some relief. Next thing I know, Mahreen negotiated a $10k credit!! -=- There was zero pressure from Mahreen to go with the lender/lawyer/etc. that she typically works hand in hand with. Although I received multiple quotes, I ended up going with Mahreen's trusted parties because I trust her fully and her endorsement was good enough for me. -=- She will fight for you. It doesn't matter if the need is to the push the realtor, lawyer, lender on whichever side, she is relentless in making sure that the process is as seamless as possible for you I typically don't write reviews and when I do, they're not college term paper length, I promise...but this was very well deserved. Mahreen has become a part of our family at this point. Thank you Mahreen. You are the best! I wish you all the success in the world!!! To readers of this review: Stop searching any further. Go with Mahreen. It's probably the best decision you will make in your entire home buying/selling journey. Good luck to you as well.
